Stella Placentia – Vice President, Landscape
Stella started with NNJ in 1986. Her duties include overseeing the landscape staff of over 100 employees that provide landscape maintenance service to homeowner associations and also provide extensive renovation and landscape installation services.

Mike Wren – Building Services Dept. Manager
Mike has 30 years extensive experience in building maintenance and building construction. Mike has spent 15 years working with commercial and association maintenance. He just celebrated his 10 year anniversary with NNJ in 2006. Mike is responsible for overseeing our building maintenance contracts and construction staff to protect, maintain and enhance our client’s properties.

Scott Longnecker – Building Services Dept. Manager
Scott has been with NNJ for 13 years. Scott is a graduate of California State Fullerton. He started out as a builder and has experience in all phases of construction. Scott currently oversees a portion of our building maintenance contracts along with reviewing properties to meet their building needs.

Carlos Brambila – Building Services Construction Supervisor
Carlos has over 15 years experience in building maintenance working with apartments and community associations. He has a degree as an electronic technician from ABC Tech and also attended Southwestern College. Carlos currently prepares bids for building repairs jobs and oversees our building construction staff.

Josh Bradley – Painting Dept. Manager
Josh entered the painting apprenticeship program in 1998 and within three years reached the distinction of master painter. Josh oversees our painting department. He prepares proposals along with overseeing the staff of painters.

Frank Quijada – Janitorial & Lighting Dept. Manager
Frank oversees our janitorial and lighting departments. He prepares proposals based on our clients needs and supervises the lighting staff. Frank served in the US Navy and graduated from San Diego State University with a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology. Frank maintains a current State of California Department of Pesticide Qualified Applicators License.

Bertha Stump – Janitorial Supervisor

Bertha has provided exemplary janitorial service to our customers for 21 years and currently supervises our Janitorial Department staff. She works with our clients to establish effective schedules and checklists for janitorial contracts and staff.
