Eleanor Hugus - CEO

Eleanor Hugus, daughter of founder Nora Jaeschke, grew up at N.N. Jaeschke and has been employed by the firm for over 28 years. She continues the tradition her mother established of leading a close-knit family of dedicated employees who share a commitment to you, our clients. NNJ is the largest property management company in San Diego for one reason – OUR CLIENTS. We have the company, the experience, the systems and the people to care for your community. Eleanor Hugus has expertise in accounting, business management and supervision. She is a specialist in homeowner association management and financial reporting. Eleanor is a graduate of San Diego College of Business with a Professional Accounting Degree.


Lil Van Vleet - Senior Vice President

Lil is a Certified Community Association Manager (CCAM) from the California Association of Community Managers. She has been with NNJ for 18 years and worked previously for a local developer. Lil works with a team of managers and properties.


Don Kerl - Senior Vice President

Don is a Certified Community Association Manager (CCAM) from the California Association of Community Managers. He has over 25 years of finance and management experience in the real estate field. He currently oversees a team of managers and previously served as our Vice President of Accounting.


June Irey - Vice President

June is a Certified Community Association Manager (CCAM) with the California Association of Community Managers. She has been with NNJ for 10 years and she’s been in Homeowner Association management for 20 years.


Fran Hidalgo - Controller

Fran has over 17 years of accounting experience with 9 of them in the Community Association industry. She oversees the entire accounting staff and financial operations.



Jill Fanning - Accounts Payable Manager

Jill and her team are responsible for processing all association invoices for payment. Jill has over 20 years of experience in both accounting and office management.




Lucinda Hoe - Vice President, Customer Support

Lucinda’s creative efficiency, dedication and hard work combined with her service to clients earned her the position of overseeing our administrative support staff and information systems. Lucinda attended San Diego State University, before coming to N. N. Jaeschke, Inc. over 13 years ago.


Wade Andre - Client Relations Manager

Wade is a seasoned professional with over 18 years of property management experience in Southern California, Nevada, and Oregon. Over the years, he worked in several departments in our company and has learned how each of our departments does their part to help our clients create successful neighborhoods. Wade is responsible for Customer Support department and Covenant Compliance Inspection department.
