NN Jaeschke to Conduct Quarterly Board Orientation to Help Educate Homeowner Association Board Members on Fiduciary, Maintenance and Accounting Responsibilities

San Diego, CA July 29, 2009 - NN Jaeschke, Inc., an Associa Company, will be hosting their quarterly FREE Board Member Orientation on Wednesday, August 5, 2009 at the NN Jaeschke office. This two hour orientation covers a variety of topics pertinent to board member responsibilities, maintenance and association governance. A light snack will be provided.

NN Jaeschke conducts quarterly board orientations to help new and veteran board members understand the responsibilities of association volunteers. The carefully timed meeting shows board members how to conduct concise and efficient meetings while still accomplishing the goals and objectives. Board members also receive a detailed review of typical association financial documents, best practices for maintenance and risk management, overview of fiduciary responsibilities and how to create a harmonious community through good communication with the community owners. Leading industry professionals will be there discussing various topics and will be available for questions after the meeting.

This free board member orientation is open to all board members of community associations. Bring a fellow board member and come network with other board members; learn what others are doing to help their communities survive and thrive.
