With growing concerns over the continued availability of water in the San Diego region, licensed landscape contractors are working to conserve this precious resource while still maintaining San Diego's unique beauty through the careful design, installation and management of the county's landscapes. The efforts of these stewards of our environment were recognized on July 28th at the California Landscape Contractors Association's Annual Beautification Awards Program hosted by the San Diego Chapter. The program was held at the Joan Croc Institute for Peace and Justice at USD, and recognized excellence in landscape construction and maintenance through competition among California licensed landscape professionals.

And the winner is N. N. JAESCHKE, INC. for Medium Commercial Maintenance

Landscape maintenance of commercial properties including commercial buildings or centers, tracts, condominiums, townhouses, apartments or homeowners associations.
